Amenity, best practice, better environment

Amenity, best practice, better environment

Welcome to our new Amenity website.

Weeds, pests and diseases can present a range of problems in amenity areas. Specialist amenity companies make and supply pesticides and services to help the amenity professional control these particular problems along with appropriate support services.. Through the Crop Protection Association (CPA), leading amenity manufacturers co-operate to manage technical, stewardship and regulatory matters.

CPA’s Amenity members fully support the Voluntary Initiative (VI), to proactively promote best practice in application and advice to give a better environment.

Amenity - Best Practice

Using Pesticides in the Community

Pesticides are chemical or biological substances used to control plants and pests that harm our food, health or the environment that we work, travel and play in.
